Congratulations – on 1st year anniversary. Time flies.

My personal opinion for 1st year anniversary is visit some Romantic place – Could be somewhere Fancy in Italy , Swiss, Paris or as close as somewhere in US.

I did the same and the memories will be everlasting…just my few cents.
