Jaya & Shovaen - Let me start by saying how lucky I am to have you two in my life. I always wanted a big sister and I got her in college, and I always wanted her to find the all the love she gave out into the world given back to her ten fold and she did. You're the only wedding I've cried at. I cried when Jaya walked down the isle. I cried when Ravi talked about how Jaya held his family together. I cried when Jaya's parents talked about how happy they were for both of yall and how happy they were you were in staying in Dallas. I cried when Yash talked about the first time he met Jaya and her hounding him about girls. And most importantly, I cried when Shovaen talked about how much Jaya meant to him and how everyone who was at the reception should put a reminder in their phone to call them a year from today if they had not heard from them. See whats the most beautiful thing about the both of you: it's never about yall, it's about the collective. You both are so unselfish and unyielding in your love for those around you and it shows so effortlessly. In every relationship, in every conversation, and even in your wedding it was a constant reminder that yalls love was not just meant for the both of you, it was meant for all of us to feel and be apart of. Thats what your wedding will always reminds me of. Every detail from the countries showcased by food at your sangeet to the stromtroopers at the reception was just a projection of the time, love, and care yall not only put into one another but to the people around you. You both always put everyone else first and i'm so happy yall found each other to make sure someone puts you first in life.
With love, light, and more memories together,
Nida
